As per our emails (for those who made previous booking), we had problems with hotel reservation due to the very busy period in Dubai, finally we reached the following situation:-

Rooms Allocation
1-Dubai Youth Hostel:-
a.9 Rooms @ Dhs. 250 ($70) – can take 2 people
b.10 Rooms @ Dhs. 360 ($100) – can take 3 people
c.As a courtesy from the tournament, no Officials or umpires will stay there, we left them all for players.
d.Rooms are available on a first come first serve basis.
e.We will allocate the rooms based on the Date of Booking (1st booked 1st allocated). Please check list below. So 1st 9 bookings will take cheaper rooms, the next 10 booking takes the more expensive rooms and all other bookings must contact Grand Hotel directly.
f.Any cancel the booking, we will move players up from the list.
g.Payment should be in cash at tournament desk or by credit card (4% will be added).
The Dubai Aviation Cup this year will be staged during the period of Mon. 17th to Sat. 22nd November 2008 with 2 events, an ITF Men’s Futures and an ITF Women’s Circuit.
Each event will offer a prize money of $15,000 in addition to a Wild Card in the Singles qualifying rounds of the Barclays Dubai Tennis championships 2009.
In addition to the fact that this is one of the very few combined events in the professional calendar, this year participants will have the chance to see The Legends when they rock Dubai.
