As per our emails (for those who made previous booking), we had problems with hotel reservation due to the very busy period in Dubai, finally we reached the following situation:-

New Hotel Information	Rooms Allocation

1-    Dubai Youth Hostel:-

a.      9 Rooms @ Dhs. 250 ($70) – can take 2 people

b.      10 Rooms @ Dhs. 360 ($100) – can take 3 people

c.      As a courtesy from the tournament, no Officials or umpires will stay there, we left them all for players.

d.      Rooms are available on a first come first serve basis.

e.      We will allocate the rooms based on the Date of Booking (1^st booked 1^st allocated). Please check list below. So 1^st 9 bookings will take cheaper rooms, the next 10 booking takes the more expensive rooms and all other bookings must contact Grand Hotel directly.

f.       Any cancel the booking, we will move players up from the list.

g.      Payment should be in cash at tournament desk or by credit card (4% will be added).

1-   Dubai Grand Hotel (4 stars hotel):-

a.    Single room @ Dhs. 425 ($120)

b.    Double room @ Dhs. 475 (132)

d.    Please don’t contact tournament desk for this booking, email hotel directly.

e. Hotel can arrange for airport pickup @ Dhs. 75 ($21) for up to 3 people.
 

Late Visas

Can be done through Tournament Desk, last day of apply is Wed. 12^th Nov. and each visa will be charged Dhs 450 ($125). Color Passport copy by email + passport must be valid for 6 months.
