Dream Palace Hotel
Is a 4 stars hotel, now undergoing total renovation from top to bottom, with new interiors, plazma TV in all rooms and rntire new decoration from previous years.

Dubai Youth Hostel Private Rooms
A 3 stars facilities, each room has 2 beds, private showers, toilets, phone and TV with an option of adding an extra bed.

Only very limited number of rooms available.

Dubai Youth Hostel Sharing Accommodation
These are larger rooms with number of beds (4 to 6), each room has its own showers and toilets.

1 Night Charge
After submitting the booking request, the tournament will send you an email with an invoice for 1 night charges, once the payment is made, the booking will be confirmed by another email.

In case of No-Show, the charges will not be refunded, in case of booking cancelation, the refund of the money will be subject to the tournament discretion, and weather the room / bed were successfully re-allocated for another person or not.

Check In Date
Arriving late night or early morning

For those arriving very late at night or early morning, please make it clear in your application when do you want to check in the room.

For example, landing at the airport at 4.00 am, you will probably reach the hotel by 5.30 am, do you need the room immediately which in this case you will pay the night before, or you will wait till after breakfast time and at the hotel discretion to allow you to check in by 10.00 or 11.00.

Passport Control
Please note that both hotels will collect the passports from all guests and only release it at the check out time.

Hotel Payment
Payment to the Dream Palace hotel can be made directly at the reception either in cash or credit card.

Youth Hostel payment must be made through the tournament desk and only after the collection of the “Hotel Voucher” you will be allowed to collect your passport and leave the hostel. Cash payment is preferred, however, credit card payment will be charged 4% extra.

Travelling with a Tour
We strongly recommend you to book your hotel accommodation with your local travel agency and buy the entire trip as a package.

By this you will get much better rates than the local rates.

We can still arrange the visa for you and your family.

PayPal Charges Fees
PayPal implements a 4% charges to all credit card transactions against their handling and security fees. This will appear in your invoice as “Tax”.
